It all begun with his critically acclaimed debut Between The Minds in 2006. Named BBC Radio 2’s Record Of The Week, an unprecedented three album tracks were synched to US TV series One Tree Hill. A natural born performer, Jack then began a relentless touring schedule including two sold out UK headline tours and three European support tours that saw him winning over crowds 5000 strong opening for the likes of Corinne Bailey Rae and Gavin De Graw. Towards the end of 2008 Jack flew to LA and began work on his follow up at Jackson Browne’s studio. With the help of Grammy award winning Jack Joseph Puig and musicians the calibre of David Immergluck and Charlie Gillingham from Counting Crows and Larry Taylor of Canned Heat, once again Jack achieved the unprecedented. This time four album tracks were synched to award winning US TV series Grey’s Anatomy. Furthermore, during his time in LA, he was commissioned by Fox Studios to write a song for their upcoming movie Postgrad. A day later and “One Day” was finished. Over this short period Jack had proved himself as a performer, a recording artist and a songwriter.
This dirty romantic is showcasing a more playful side. His entrancing vocal and poetic lyrics still resonate deep within, but here is a darker more experienced Savoretti no longer asking for acceptance but looking for the good times and on his own terms.
